This video shows how to easily access your meeting and resource materials in OnBoard across all devices. The article below highlights some of basics in OnBoard.

Logging In 

Once you've been invited to an Organization, OnBoard can be accessed via most browsers directly from https://app.onboardmeetings.com.

You can also download the “OnBoard Meetings” application from your respective Mobile Store (Apple Store, Google Play Store, etc.).

Once you open OnBoard, you'll be presented with the login screen.

To log in you'll just enter your OnBoard ID email address and then select Continue!

On the following screen, enter your password and select Continue. If your organization utilizes any other methods for signing in (such as SSO), they'll be presented below.

Use Forgot Password to initiate a password reset email.

If you mis-enter your password 6 or more times, use Reset Password to reset your password and unlock your account.

Accessing Meetings

Your current and upcoming meetings can be accessed directly from the Homepage.

To access your full list of meetings, select Meetings from the navigation bar.

Current and upcoming meetings will be listed with bold text, past meetings will be listed with grey text. Select anywhere on the meeting tile to access the meeting.

Click Open Book to navigate between your agenda and meeting book and create annotations.

Making Private Annotations

Once you've opened a Board Book you can make Annotations that only you can see (or you can share them if you wish!)

You can click Annotate at the top of the Book View to open that Annotations Menu and begin adding notes, comments, highlights, and freehand drawings to your Book!

Highlighter Tool: Highlight blocks of texts in many color options.

Squiggly Underline Tool: Underline text with a squiggly underline with different color options.

Comment Note Tool: Drop a pin anywhere on your page and type reference notes to the side.

Free-Text Block Tool: Click + Drag a text box and begin typing directly on the page.

Free-hand Pen Tool: Write or draw directly on the page.

After logging into OnBoard, click Resources from the left Navigation and select any Resource folder.

Select a Document to view it.

Approvals, Surveys, and eSignatures

OnBoard allows you to quickly vote on Approvals, respond to Surveys, and sign eSignature documents. Review below on how to take action on these different items in the platform. 

Actions Awaiting Response

On the Homepage, you can find any Actions that are currently Awaiting Response. Select and action to review and complete it. Once complete, it will be removed from the list.

Review below to se how to access and filter between particular action types.

Voting on Approvals

To filter just your Approvals, select "Show More" from the left Navigation. Then select “Actions."

Select the Filter button and select Approvals at the top of the page.

Select an Approval to view from the list.

Select a document to view related materials.

Select View Discussion to participate in Discussion.

Select Yes/No/Abstain to cast your vote.

Answering Survey Questions

To filter just your Surveys, select "Show More" from the left Navigation. Then select “Actions."

Select the Filter button and select Surveys at the top of the page.

Select a Survey to view from the list.

Select Take Survey after reviewing its details.

Answer Questions throughout the survey and click Submit when finished.

Signing eSignature Documents

To filter just your eSignatures, select "Show More" from the left Navigation. Then select “Actions."

Select the Filter button and select eSignatures at the top of the page.

Select an eSignature to view from the list.

Select Sign Document to review and sign the document.

Select Next to easily locate each signature block, and select the signature block to sign.

Sign your name and click Sign Document.
