How Do I Access Surveys From the Home Page?
You can open Surveys directly from the Awaiting Response area on your OnBoard Home page. This panel shows any Actions, including Surveys, that need your attention right now.
Accessing From the Web
Steps:
- From the Home Page, look for the Awaiting Response panel at the top-right of the page.
- This panel displays any pending Approvals, Surveys, or eSignatures you have not completed.
- Select the Survey you want to review.

Accessing From the Mobile App (iOS or Android)
Steps:
- Open the OnBoard mobile app on your smartphone or tablet.
- The app opens to Home by default.
If not, tap Home at the bottom of the screen. - At the top of the Home page, find the Awaiting Response panel right below the Upcoming Meetings panel.
- Tap the Survey you need to complete, or select See All Actions for the full list.
Access Through the Navigation Menu
Your Survey items are stored in Actions.
Web Browser or Tablet
- Select Actions in the navigation menu.
To filter the Actions in the list:
- Tap the Filter icon.
- Choose Surveys to display only your Survey items.
- Select any Survey to open it.
Mobile App
- Tap the three‑dot menu.
- Tap Actions.
- Select a Filter option.
How Do I Access Surveys from Email Notifications?
When an Admin opens a survey, OnBoard can send an email alert.
Steps:
- Open the email sent by “OnBoard.”
- Click View Survey.
- Log in to OnBoard (if prompted).
- You will be taken directly to the survey.
How Do I Access Surveys from Mobile Push Notifications?
To use this method, make sure you have:
- The OnBoard Meetings app installed
- Mobile notifications enabled on your device
Steps:
- When you receive a push notification, tap it.
- You will be taken to your Notifications List inside the app.
- Tap the survey notification to open the survey.
How Do I Answer Survey Questions?

On the web application, click on Take Survey to view the survey questions.
On the mobile app, the survey questions will be listed immediately.
- Answer Questions throughout the survey and click Submit when finished.
- If a question is Required, it must be answered before you can submit the survey.
As long as the survey is open, you can update your response/resubmit the survey.

How will I know when a new survey is available?
- You’ll receive an email or mobile push notification from OnBoard when an Admin opens a survey.
What does a “Required” question mean?
- You must answer required questions before OnBoard will let you submit the survey.
Can I change my answers after submitting a survey?
- Yes—responses can be updated and resubmitted as long as the survey is still open.
Do I need the mobile app to respond to a survey?
- No—surveys can be taken on any device through email links, the web app, or the mobile app.
