Your feedback is crucial to improving the OnBoard experience.

All OnBoard Feature Requests and Roadmap Feedback can be submitted within the OnBoard platform. 

Accessing Feature Requests on the Web Browser

To submit and OnBoard feature request on the web browser:

1. Select Help & Feedback from the navigation panel.
2. Then select Feature Requests and Roadmap.

Accessing Feature Requests from the Phone & Tablet Apps

iOS Phone App

To submit a feature request a feature request on the iOS phone app:

1. Select the three dotted menu on the bottom right of the screen.
2. Select Request a Feature.
3. Select Continue on the pop-up.

Android Phone App

To submit a feature request a feature request on the Android phone app:

1. Select the three dotted menu on the bottom right of the screen.
2. Select Profile & Settings.
3. Select Request a Feature.
4. Select Continue on the pop-up.

iOS and Android Tablet App

To submit a feature request a feature request on the iOS tablet app and Android tablet app:

1. Select Profile & Settings.
2. Select Request a Feature.
3. Select Continue on the pop-up.

Submitting Feedback and Reviewing Roadmap

Give Feedback

In the Product Feedback portal, select the Product Feedback button on the top right to provide your feedback. This could be an idea for a new feature or an enhancement to existing functionality.

In the feedback pop-up, let us know the problem you are trying to solve, if it is a Must have or if it would just be Nice to have, and then Submit your feedback.

Roadmap

The Product Feedback Portal also allows you to review the current OnBoard Roadmap. Select the tabs to review:

• Under Development: Features currently in development.
• On Deck: Features in the design phase.
• Future Improvements: Features planned for future development.

You can give your feedback on the OnBoard Roadmap by select a feature and letting us know if it's a Must have, Nice to have, or if you're Not interested.
