Bandwidth Requirements

  • Recommended: At least 10 Mbps per user (13 Mbps with Zoom integration)
  • Minimum: *5 Mbps per user (8 Mbps with Zoom integration)*
*NOTE: This low of bandwidth/user may result in less than optimal performance for book downloads and actions taken within OnBoard, upload issues, as well as visual and audio problems with the Zoom integration.
A user can test these on their device by going to http://speedtest.net and running a test (though doing this while issues are being experienced is idea since it will give the speeds at the time of a problem).
