Web Application Requirements
Internet Explorer will no longer be a supported browser after December 31, 2021. Please adjust to using Edge, Chrome. Firefox, or Safari moving forward.
The following browsers are supported and it is recommended to use the current released version:
OnBoard Browser Requirements:
NOTE: All browsers must be set to 16 pt font size to use OnBoard.

- Internet Explorer 11 - Internet Explorer will no longer be supported after December 31, 2021
- Compatibility mode is not supported in Internet Explorer
- Support for IE 11 will be phased out once Microsoft no longer supports this browser.
- With update 2.8, IE 11 users will experience a delay in loading pages in the document viewer
OnBoard with Zoom Integration Requirements:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge with Chromium
PC Hardware Requirements:
Minimum:
- Intel i3
- 2GB RAM
- 5GB Available Storage
Recommended:
- Intel i5 or higher
- 4GB RAM or more
- 10GB Available Storage or more
Recommended with Zoom Integration:
- Intel i5 or higher
- 6GB RAM or more
- 10 GB Available Storage or more
OnBoard iPad App Requirements
Minimum:
- iPad Air 2 or higher
- Apple iOS 13 or higher
- 16 GB Storage
OnBoard iPhone App Requirements
Minimum:
- iPhone 6s or higher
- Apple iOS 13 or higher
- 16 GB Storage
OnBoard Windows App Requirements
Note: Microsoft security designs in Windows 10 blocks Apps from accessing the internet through a proxy network.
Minimum:
- Windows 10 10586 computer or Windows 10 Mobile devices
- 2GB Available Storage
- 2GB Ram
Recommended:
- Windows 10 version 10586
- 5GB Available Storage
- 4GB Ram
OnBoard Android App Requirements
Minimum:
- Lolipop (5.0) or higher
- 512 MB RAM
- 4 GB Storage
Recommended:
- Nougat
- 2 GB RAM
- 8 GB Storage
Bandwidth Requirements
- Recommended: At least 10 Mbps per user (13 Mbps with Zoom integration)
- Minimum: *5 Mbps per user (8 Mbps with Zoom integration)*
*NOTE: This low of bandwidth/user may result in less than optimal performance for book downloads and actions taken within OnBoard, upload issues, as well as visual and audio problems with the Zoom integration.
A user can test these on their device by going to http://speedtest.net and running a test (though doing this while issues are being experienced is idea since it will give the speeds at the time of a problem).
