Some customers with Amazon Eero Routers may find that access to OnBoard has become restricted or limited. We'll help walk through the steps so that OnBoard can be added as an Allowed Site to your Eero app from either the Discover or Home tabs.

  1. Open your Eero App, and from the Discover Tab tap on Discoverthen  “Eero Secure.
  2. Tap on Block & Allow Sitesthen  “Add Allowed Site to add a website or domain.
  3. You'll want to input onboardmeetings.com when prompted.
  4. Set your access preferences; if you enable Network” this should allow OnBoard access for all devices on the network
  5. Tap on Doneand double-check that the list view has onboardmeetings.com added.

Home Tab (Profile)

  1. Open your Eero App and tap on a profile from the home tab.
  2. Tap on Block & Allow Sitesthen  “Add Allowed Site to add a website or domain.
