OnBoard provides the Meeting Administrator and Board Members the opportunity to export many objects from their meetings.
Finding Meeting Downloads
Important Note: Depending on the Organization or Meeting settings, Downloads may not be available for all meetings.
- Please see this article for more information on managing Downloads for the entire Organization: Managing Organization Settings - Document Downloads.
- You'll also want to be sure that the Downloads are enabled in the Meeting Settings. View the steps to enable or disable Meeting-level Downloads here: Meeting Settings - Document Download Setting.
From the Meeting Details screen, find the Downloads link in the row of buttons just below your Invitees list.
If you have a smaller screen or resolution, you may need to click the 3 dot icon at the end of the row to find the Downloads option.
Here, we'll find all the options that can be exported from this particular meeting.
Meeting Download Types
Meeting Book
The first option in this list will combine all of the uploaded documents into a single PDF and download it to your laptop/desktop's Downloads folder. If you do not see this option, either there haven't been any documents uploaded yet, or the Administrator has disabled this feature.
Meeting Book (With My Annotations)
This option behaves exactly like the one above, except it will also include annotations you have made on the board book. Important Note: This download will only include the annotations YOU personally have made. It will not include any annotation created by another user that has been shared with you.
Agenda
Selecting this option will export a Microsoft Word document containing all the details about the agenda. Each section will be listed, along with its description, duration, and presenters.
RSVP Report
This option exports a Microsoft Word document detailing the attendance record. How users have chosen to RSVP and if they've been marked as attending/not-attending will be included in this document.
Meeting Minutes
The Meeting Minutes will be available as a PDF download if the Minutes have been made available to your permissions in the Meeting. These can be set to be available to the Meeting Administrators, or for All Readers of the Meeting. Find out more about Meeting Minutes and the Permission options that affect these downloads here: Creating and Viewing Meeting Minutes .
