You have several options for accessing your meeting materials in OnBoard. Review below for how to access meeting materials on the web and our mobile/tablet app.
Accessing Meeting Materials on the Web
Viewing Agenda Section Documents
When your meeting organizers have made the materials for your meeting available, scroll down the page to view the meeting's agenda.
In each agenda section, your meeting organizers will add any relevant information for that section including the documents pertinent to that section.
Click on any document to open it and view it in OnBoard.
If downloads are enabled, click on "Download Document" to download the document to your device.
Click on "Open in Book" to open the document in the Meeting Book in OnBoard.
When done, click on Back to go back to meeting and to view the agenda.
Disclaimer: OnBoard documents can be updated by meeting organizers at any time. Viewing documents offline (while not connected to wifi or data) may result in not viewing up-to-date information. For more information on offline viewing, review our article on Accessing Board Books While Offline.
Opening the Book in OnBoard
To view the full meeting Book in OnBoard, click on the "Open Book" button. This will open the full agenda and all the meeting materials on one page for easy navigation.
Any agenda section with purple circle on it has a document attached. Click on the section and you'll immediately be brought to the first document in that section.
Click directly on documents to jump to that document in the book.

Supplemental Documents
Some documents may have the Supplemental Document icon next to them:
Supplemental documents are not part of your meeting book, but are available for reference during your meeting.
Clicking on a supplemental document will open up in a pop-up for review. Click on the "Back" button to go back to your agenda and meeting book.
Downloading the Meeting Book
If downloads are enabled for your meeting, and you'd like to download the meeting book to your device, click on the "Downloads" button within the meeting.
You can download the Meeting Book, the Meeting Book with your private Annotations, or the Agenda.
Accessing Materials on the Mobile/Tablet App
Opening the Meeting Book
When your meeting organizers have made the materials for your meeting available, on the mobile/tablet app select the Open Book button to open the Meeting Book.
After you've opened the book once, the button will change to Resume Reading Book. Selecting Resume Reading Book will take you to where you left off.
Sharing the Meeting Book
Tap the share button on the top right of the screen to export:
- A Link to the Meeting
- Agenda Word document
- Meeting Book PDF
- Meeting Book PDF with Annotations
- Meeting Minutes as a PDF or Word document (if available)
Viewing the Agenda
On the phone and tablet app, the agenda has it's own dedicated tab. Tap the Agenda button or swipe with your finger to access the Agenda.
Viewing Agenda Section Documents
In each agenda section, your meeting organizers will add any relevant information for that section including the documents pertinent to that section.
Tap on a section to view the contents and documents in that section.
Tap on the document to view it in the meeting book.
Long pressing a document will provide options to:
- Open the File in the Meeting Book
- Share Link to the File
- Export the File
Viewing Documents in the Meeting Book
When viewing the Meeting Book on the tablet app, the full agenda and all the meeting materials will appear on one page for easy navigation.
On the mobile app, tap on the three dots on the top left hand side of the screen to expand the agenda, and swipe it left to dismiss it.
Any agenda section with a caret on it has a document attached. Tap on the caret to view the available documents in that section.
Tap directly on documents to jump to that document in the book.
Long press an agenda section document to:
- Open File in Book
- Share a Link to File
- Export File
Supplemental Documents
