The Plan Details page shows Organization Admins information about the current OnBoard subscription. A subscription is the plan your organization uses to access OnBoard features and services.

Plan Details

Where Can I Find the Plan Details Page?

You can find the Plan Details page at the top of the OnBoard Homepage. It is located to the right of Organization Details tab.

How Can I Request More Subscriber Slots?

On the Plan Details page, select the link to request an increase in Subscriber slots.

A Subscriber slot is a space in your organization’s subscription that allows a user to be included as a Subscriber.

What Additional Feature Information Might Appear?

Depending on your organization’s feature package, the Plan Details page may also show:

• Additional OnBoard features available to your organization
• Features your organization may be able to try
• Options for features your organization does not currently have access to

The options you see may vary based on your organization’s current plan and feature package.

Where Can I Find Answers to Plan Questions?

Near the bottom of the Plan Details page, you’ll find a FAQs section.

This section includes helpful information about your current plan and available options. It may also include a way to contact the Account Management Team if you have questions or want to make changes to your plan.

The Account Management Team can help with questions about subscription details, plan changes, and available options.

What is a Subscriber count?

• A Subscriber count is the number of Subscriber slots included in your organization’s current OnBoard subscription.

What is a Subscriber slot?

• A Subscriber slot is a user space included in your organization’s subscription. If your organization needs more spaces, you can request an increase.

Can I request more Subscriber slots from the Plan Details page?

• Yes. The Plan Details page includes a link you can use to request more Subscriber slots.

Why do I see different feature options than another organization?

• The features shown on the Plan Details page may vary based on your organization’s current plan and feature package.

Can I try features that are not included in my current plan?

• Depending on your organization’s feature package, the Plan Details page may show options to try features your organization does not currently have access to.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my plan?
