Starting on Monday, December 1, 2025, some OnBoard users began reporting very slow response times of the OnBoard application.
The cause of the issue was identified as a misconfiguration during a new deployment that resulted in degraded navigation capability for end users. The configuration changes were fully rolled back globally at 11:32 A.M. EST, fully resolving the issue.
