Starting on Monday, October 16, 2023 some OnBoard users began reporting very slow response time of the OnBoard application. 

The cause of the issue was identified as a feature deployment on September 29, 2023 that caused a high amount of communication with the user permission database. The feature release was rolled back at 3:10pm Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, and the issue was resolved.
