At approximately 4:22 AM Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, some OnBoard users were unable to login and encountered a "Gateway Time-out" message due to a Microsoft database outage. 

Microsoft databases were rebooted at 2:28 PM Eastern Standard Time and OnBoard databases were recycled and the system returned to normal at 4:45 PM Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
