The incident was first reported at 6:34 AM Eastern Standard Time on Sunday, August 6th, 2023. It was reported that select OnBoard users were receiving a "Permission Denied" error message when attempting to open Meetings or Meeting Books in OnBoard. It was discovered that a container for the OnBoard core service in the UK region had been initialized without proper connection to the redit cache. This was an unrecoverable state that did not report the container's status to the orchestration framework to be handled, resulting in an error state. 

The incident was resolved by successfully identifying, destroying, and recreating the offending container on Monday, August 7th, at 11:23 AM Eastern Standard Time.
