On Tuesday, August 19th, at approximately 2:00 PM EST, file operations across the OnBoard platform were impacted, affecting several features including book builds, file downloads, and document actions. 

The issue was traced to an expired system authentication certificate and was fully resolved by 3:15 PM EST on the same day. All services have been restored to normal operation. We have implemented additional monitoring to prevent similar interruptions in the future.
