On Wednesday, April 10th, 2019 OnBoard experienced an service interruption affect Board Books being built. This interruption came after a minor maintenance hot-fix that was implemented to alleviate some performance issues. The update did not apply properly to all support systems, causing multiple books to be stuck in queue to be built. After identifying the problem, it was determined a restart for those systems was needed.
After the restart was completed, the update was applied and our systems began processing the backlog of books, and everything was completed in 15 minutes.
