**RESOLVED** OnBoard service interruption 02/28/19

On February 28, 2019, the OnBoard development team deployed changes that further strengthen OnBoard’s robust security and data integrity. We understand that you trust us with the safekeeping of your data and we take that very seriously. Therefore, we regularly deploy enhancements to OnBoard’s security infrastructure. When we deployed the most recent round of security enhancements (on 2/27/19 at 10:30pm EST) we inadvertently slowed performance of OnBoard. This affected some users during our peak usage time of approximately 9:30am EST on 2/28/19. Upon awareness of the issue, our teams acted quickly and resolved the performance slowdown by 9:50am EST.
