At 5:29 am Eastern, the data center for OnBoard (in the South Central US region) were in a severe weather event, which included lightning strikes that impacted cooling systems. The data center's automated procedures for data and hardware integrity went into effect immediately.

At 11:00 am Eastern, the data center engineers restored storage availability for all customers (including OnBoard).   As part of the recovery/restoration, OnBoard has been moved from the South Central US Region to the North US Region.
