Starting at approximately 21:56 UTC on 18 July 2024, a subset of OnBoard users experienced issues with multiple Azure services in the Central U.S. region. These issues included failures with service management operations and connectivity or availability of services.
The cause of this issue was a Microsoft Azure outage that disrupted businesses worldwide, including OnBoard. This issue was traced to a network infrastructure failure within the Azure data centers, leading to disruptions in access to cloud-based applications and services for customers globally.
At 2:23 UTC on 19 July 2024, OnBoard updated authorization nodes and resolved connectivity issues for OnBoard. At 11:04 UTC Microsoft Azure services were 100% back online.
