The following file document types are supported for uploading to Agenda Sections:

• .PDF (Adobe Reader)
• .DOC (Microsoft Word)
• .DOCX (Microsoft Word)
• .XLS (Microsoft Excel)
• .XLSX (Microsoft Excel)
• .PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint)
• .PPTX (Microsoft PowerPoint)

Resources - Accepted File Types

The following document types are supported for inserting into the Resource Document Repository:

• .PDF (Adobe Reader)
• .DOC (Microsoft Word)
• .DOCX (Microsoft Word)
• .XLS (Microsoft Excel)
• .XLSX (Microsoft Excel)
• .PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint)
• .PPTX (Microsoft PowerPoint)
• .PNG
• .GIF
• .JPG
• .JPEG
• .BMP
• Hyperlinks

Actions - Accepted File Types

These file types may be used for Actions (Approvals, Surveys, eSignatures):

• .PDF (Adobe Reader)
• .DOC (Microsoft Word)
• .DOCX (Microsoft Word)
• .XLS (Microsoft Excel)
• .XLSX (Microsoft Excel)
• .PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint)
• .PPTX (Microsoft PowerPoint)

Organization Logo and Profile Images - Accepted File Types

These image file types may be used for organization logos and user profile images:

• .PNG
• .GIF
• .JPG
• .JPEG
• .BMP

Non-Compatible File Types

The following document types are not compatible to use within OnBoard:

• .DOCM (Microsoft Word Macro Enabled)
• Password protected or encrypted .PDF or .DOC(x)
• .DOC(X) with pending acceptance for tracked changes
• .MP3 and other audio filetypes
• .MP4, .AVI, .MOV and other video filetypes
• .PDF versions of Adobe Acrobat prior to 1.2 are not fully supported.
