If you forget your OnBoard password or get locked out, you can easily reset it yourself. This guide explains how to reset your password on both web and mobile, and how to unlock your account if it’s locked.
Reset Password
How Do I Reset My OnBoard Password?
Follow these steps:
- Go to https://app.onboardmeetings.com or the mobile/tablet application.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Forgot Password?.
- Confirm your email and select Reset Password.
- Check your email for a six-digit verification code (this is part of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): a security process that uses a code to verify your identity).
- Copy the code and return to the OnBoard tab.
- Enter the code and click Continue.
- Create and confirm your new password. Password requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * ?)
- No spaces
- Once successful, select Go to Login.
- Enter your email address and new password, then select Continue to sign in.

Account Unlock Process
How Do I Unlock My Account?
Your account will be locked if you enter the wrong password multiple times. To unlock it, you must reset your password.
- After 7 failed login attempts, your account is automatically locked for security.
- To unlock your account:
- Click Forgot Password?
- Follow the password reset steps outlined above

- Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, confirm that you entered the correct email address associated with your OnBoard account.
Can I use the same password again?
- Yes, as long as it meets the password requirements listed above.
Do OnBoard passwords expire?
- No, OnBoard passwords do not expire.
What if I still can’t log in after resetting my password?
- Ensure you are using the correct email and new password. If issues persist, contact your organization’s OnBoard administrator or OnBoard Support.
