The OnBoard Homepage is your organization’s customizable landing page. It provides quick access to:
- Recent Meetings
- Actions awaiting your response
- Announcements
- Important Resource documents
This guide explains how to navigate and use the Homepage effectively.
What is the Homepage?
The Homepage is the first page you see when logging into OnBoard (if set as your organization’s landing page). It serves as a central hub for meetings, tasks, and updates.
How do I Access the Homepage?
- When logging in: If the Homepage is your landing page, it opens automatically.

From another section: Click Home in the navigation bar to return to the Homepage.
What Can I Do on the Homepage?
1. View and Manage Meetings
At the top of the Homepage, you’ll see your Current or Next Meeting panel. Here’s what you can do:
- Open Meeting Book: Select the Open Book button in the bottom left of the panel.
- View Agenda: Select the View Agenda button in the bottom right.
- Join Remote Meeting: Select Join Remote, Join Teams, or Join Zoom below the meeting location.
- RSVP: Select from the RSVP dropdown to the right of the join button.
- Navigate Meetings: Use the arrows in the top right of the panel to switch between Current, Next and Last Meeting.
- View Minutes: If available for the Last Meeting, select View Minutes at the bottom right of the panel.
- See Upcoming Meetings: Scroll down to the next section for other Meetings, and use the Open Book or View Agenda buttons at the bottom of each Meetings panel for details.
- Full Meeting List: Click the caret button to the right of the section to view all Meetings.
2. Respond to Actions
The Awaiting Response panel, to the right side of the Homepage, shows pending Actions such as:
- Approvals
- Surveys
- eSignatures
- Assessments
- Questionnaires
To respond:
- Click an Action from the list.
- Complete or submit it.
- Once done, it disappears from the list.
Note:
- If no Actions are pending, you’ll see “No Incomplete Actions.”
- If your plan doesn’t include Actions, this panel won’t appear.
3. Explore Announcements
Beneath the Meetings and Awaiting Reponse panels is the Announcements section. Announcements replace mass emails for updates like:
- Fundraiser reminders
- Event updates
- Member or Trustee news
Notifications:
You may receive an email or push notification when Announcements are posted. Click the notification or log into OnBoard anytime to view them.

What is the Homepage used for?
- The Homepage is your central hub for Meetings, Actions, Announcements, and Resources. It helps you stay organized by showing upcoming Meetings, pending tasks, and important updates all in one place.
How do I join a remote meeting from the Homepage?
- Click Join Remote, Join Teams, or Join Zoom on the meeting panel under your Current or Next Meeting section. Choose the button for the platform your Meeting uses.
Why don't I see the Awaiting Response panel?
- You have no pending Actions or your plan doesn’t include Actions. The panel only appears when there are incomplete tasks assigned to you.
