If you already have an OnBoard account, you can use the same login credentials to access multiple organizations.
This guide explains how to accept an invitation to join a new organization when you’re already an OnBoard user.
What Happens When I'm Invited to Another Organization?
When you are invited to another organization, you’ll receive an invitation email from OnBoard. Since you’re an existing user, the email will prompt you to sign in instead of creating a new account.
- Open the Invitation Email
- Look for an email from OnBoard with your invitation details.
- Click “Sign In Now”
- This will take you to the OnBoard sign-in page.
Enter Your Credentials
Use your existing OnBoard username and password.
Click Continue.
Go to the Organization Selection Screen
At the top of this screen, you’ll see any pending invitations.
Accept the Invitation
Click Accept Invitation.
The new organization will be added to your list of available organizations.
Navigating Between Organizations
The Organization Selection Screen shows all organizations you belong to.
To switch organizations:
Click or tap the organization tile you want to access.
- This process works the same on desktop, mobile, and tablet apps.
What If I Want to Decline an Invitation?
On web, click Dismiss.
On mobile or tablet, tap Decline.
The invitation will be removed from your list.
Mistakenly Declined?
If you dismissed an invitation by accident:
Contact your organization administrator.
They can resend the invitation.
