If you forget your OnBoard password or get locked out, you can easily reset it yourself. This guide explains how to reset your password on both web and mobile, and how to unlock your account if it’s locked.

How Do I Reset My Password on the Web?

Follow these steps:

1. Go to https://app.onboardmeetings.com .
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click Forgot Password?.

4. Confirm your email and select Reset Password.

5. Check your email for a six-digit code (two-factor authentication).
6. Copy the code and return to the OnBoard tab.

7. Enter the code and click Continue.

8. Create and confirm your new password. Password requirements:
   • At least 8 characters
   • One uppercase letter
   • One lowercase letter
   • One special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * ?)
   • No spaces

9. Once successful, select Go to Login.
10. Enter your email address and new password, then select Continue to sign in. 

How Do I Reset My Password on Mobile?

1. Open the OnBoard mobile app.
2. Tap Forgot Your Password? on the login screen.

3. Enter your OnBoard email and tap Reset.

4. Check your email and select Reset Password in the text of the message.

5. Enter and confirm your new password.
6. Tap Change Password, then enter matching passwords in the fields that include:
   • At least 8 characters
   • One uppercase letter
   • One lowercase letter
   • One special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * ?)
   • No spaces

1. Sign In with your new password.

How Do I Unlock My Account?

If you enter the wrong password seven times, your account will be locked for security reasons.

To unlock:

• Click Forgot Password? and follow the password reset steps above.
