How Do I Access the Meeting List?
On the Web or Tablet App
- Your current and next upcoming meetings appear on the Homepage.
- To access the full Meetings List, select the Meetings icon on the left-hand navigation bar.
On the Mobile App
- Tap the Meetings icon at the bottom of the screen.
How Do I Navigate Past, Current, and Upcoming Meetings?
On the Web
- Scroll using the scroll bar or your mouse wheel.
- Current and upcoming meetings appear in bold text.
- Past meetings appear in grey text.
On Mobile or Tablet
- Use your finger to scroll.
- Toggle between Upcoming Meetings and Past Meetings using the tabs at the top.
How Do I Open a Meeting?
Click or tap anywhere on the meeting bubble.
Inside the meeting, you can view:
- Meeting details
- Agenda
- Documents (if visible)
Can I Search for a Meeting by Title?
Yes. Use the search bar at the top of the page to search meeting titles by keyword.
How Do I Change the Meeting List Order?
- On the web app, click the two arrows at the top right to sort:
- Newest to Oldest
- Oldest to Newest
What Is the Calendar Panel and How Do I Use It?
The Calendar Panel offers advanced filtering on the web app.
Steps to Use the Calendar Panel
- Click the panel icon at the top left of the Meeting List.
- Navigate through the calendar to find meetings by date.
- Dots under dates show which groups have meetings.
- Hover over a date to see scheduled meetings.
- Use Filter Meetings to switch between Upcoming and Past.
- At the bottom, select or deselect groups to view meetings for specific groups.
FAQ's
How do I quickly find a past meeting I attended?
- Web: Scroll the Meetings list. Past meetings appear in gray.
- Mobile/Tablet: Open the Past Meetings tab.
- Need a specific date? On the web, open the Calendar Panel, go to the date, and select the meeting from the preview.
Why don’t I see the agenda or meeting book?
- Materials may not be published yet or your permissions may limit access.
- Try these steps:
- Refresh the page and check again.
- Confirm you opened the right meeting (title and date).
- Ask an admin to verify your access and whether the agenda or book is published.
Can I sort or organize meetings on mobile?
- Mobile/Tablet: Use the Upcoming and Past tabs and the Search bar. There’s no manual sort control.
- Web: Use the two arrows sort control to switch between Newest → Oldest and Oldest → Newest.
Why can’t I see a meeting at all?
- You may not have permission, or the meeting isn’t visible yet.
- Check the Upcoming/Past tabs, confirm the date, and, if needed, ask an admin to add your access.
What should I try if search returns no results?
- Use fewer words or a partial keyword (e.g., “Quarter” instead of “Quarterly”).
- Check the Past vs Upcoming tab.
- On the web, open the Calendar Panel to locate meetings by date or group.
