Internet Explorer will no longer be a supported browser after December 31, 2021. Please adjust to using Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari moving forward.

With the release of version 2.4, OnBoard will require TLS 1.2 enabled for security vulnerabilities found in TLS 1.1 and below.  If users are unable to view the OnBoard Login in screen, this is due to TLS 1.2 being disabled.

These steps will show you how to enable TLS 1.2.

- Open Internet Explorer 11/Microsoft Edge and click on the Gear in the upper right corner

- Click on Internet Options

- Click on the Advanced tab and scroll all the way to the bottom

- Make sure that "Use TLS 1.2" is check and then hit OK

This will enable TLS 1.2 on the computer and allow the user to access OnBoard through IE and Edge.
