How Will I Receive My Invitation?

After your administrator invites you to an OnBoard organization, you will receive an email from notifications@airway.passageways.com.

If you were invited but did not receive the email, use these quick checks:

• Check folders: Spam, Junk, Quarantine, or “Other/Focused Inbox.”
• Safe Senders / Allow‑list: Add notifications@airway.passageways.com and the domain @passageways.com.
• Confirm address: Ask your administrator to verify the invited email address and resend the invitation.
• Company filters: If emails still don’t arrive, ask IT to allow‑list passageways.com on mail security gateways.

Mobile Users (Phones and Tablets)

If you plan to accept your invitation on a phone or tablet, download the OnBoard app for iOS or Android before activating your account.

The activation steps are the same on web and mobile.

How Do I Activate My Account?

1. Open the invitation email from notifications@airway.passageways.com .
2. Click Join Your Board to start activation in your browser or the OnBoard app.

3. When prompted with “Check your email inbox”, select Send Verification Code.

4. Go to your email inbox, open the verification code email, and copy the code.

5. Return to the browser or app, type or paste the code, and select Continue.
6. If you did not receive the code or it expired, select Request New Code and repeat steps 3–5.

• Verification codes expire after 15 minutes.
• If the code expires, you will be prompted to Request New Code. 

Creating a Password

1. Enter and confirm your password, then select Continue.

2. Enter and confirm your password, then select Continue.
3. Your password must meet all these rules:
   • At least one lowercase letter
   • At least one uppercase letter
   • More than 8 characters in length
   • At least one special character from: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ?
   • No spaces
   • Confirmation must match exactly
4. Visual feedback:
   • If a requirement isn’t met, the field shows a red border.
   • Unmet rules display with gray checkmarks until satisfied.
5. Expiration policy:
   • OnBoard passwords do not expire.

After Successful Account Activation

After you complete your password, select Go to your OnBoard account to access your organization.

If you primarily use a web browser, bookmark the sign‑in page for future logins:

The process is the same on the phone or tablet app. We recommend downloading the IOS or Android apps prior to activating your account. 

How Do I Log In to My Account?

1. Once you've created your account, go to https://app.onboardmeetings.com (or open the OnBoard app).
2. Enter the email address used during activation and select Continue.

3. Choose a sign‑in method:
   • Password: Enter your password and select Continue.
   • SSO (Single Sign‑On) or Google: If shown after entering your email, select the method and follow the prompts.

Forgot Password?

1. On the sign‑in screen, select Forgot Password?.
2. Check your email for the Password Reset message.
3. Follow the link, set a new password that meets the rules, and sign in.

Unlocking Account

Entering the wrong password seven times will lock your account for security. To unlock your account:

1. Select Reset Password on the sign‑in screen.
2. Complete the reset steps and sign in again.

FAQs (Quick Answers)

I never received my invitation. What should I do?

• Check Spam/Junk, add notifications@airway.passageways.com and @passageways.com to Safe Senders, and confirm your invited email address with your administrator. Ask them to resend the invitation. If your company uses SSO (Single Sign‑On), you may be able to sign in at https://app.onboardmeetings.com once your account is provisioned.

My verification code expired or didn’t arrive. How do I continue?

• Codes expire after 15 minutes. Select Request New Code, wait for the new email, and enter it promptly. If you still don’t see the email, check Spam/Junk, verify Safe Senders, and confirm with IT that passageways.com is allow‑listed.

I see SSO and Google as options. Which should I use?

• Use the option your organization supports. If IT set up SSO (Single Sign‑On), choose SSO. If you activated with a Google account and see Google listed, that may be fastest. Otherwise, sign in with your password.
