How do I sign in when SSO is required?
To sign in when SSO is required, follow these steps:
- Go to the OnBoard sign-in page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Continue.
- If SSO is enforced, it will be the only sign-in option available.

- If you are already logged into your identity provider, you will be signed in automatically.
- If not, you will be prompted to enter your SSO credentials.
How do I access multiple organizations with SSO?
Option 1: Sign in with SSO directly
- Go to the OnBoard sign-in page.
- Enter your email and click Continue.
- Click SSO and sign in with your organization’s credentials.
Option 2: Sign in to OnBoard, then use SSO
- Sign in with your OnBoard ID (email and password), if available.
- On the Organization Selection screen, locate the organization you want to access.
- On that organization’s tile, click Sign in with SSO.
- Enter your SSO credentials to complete access.

If you are already logged into your identity provider, you will be signed into OnBoard automatically after clicking the SSO button.
Can I still use my email and password if my organization has SSO?
If SSO is optional, you can use either:
- Your OnBoard ID (email and password), or
- SSO
If SSO is required, you must use SSO for that organization.
Do I need to activate my account before using SSO?
Yes. You must activate your account first using your invitation email before signing in with SSO.
Can I access multiple organizations with one login?
Yes. If you belong to multiple organizations:
- You can switch between them.
- You must use SSO for organizations where it is required.
