Option 1: Proceed with a full rollout

• Email the board and include the quick reference guide
• Complete and publish your meeting
• Send out user invitations

Option 2: Proceed with a soft launch

• If you built your upcoming meeting agenda with materials in OnBoard, show it during your meeting and distribute the downloaded PDF book
• Alternatively, demo how to navigate using the sample meeting provided in the Meetings tab of OnBoard
