On May 21, 2021, we released an update to OnBoard that added several new features and improvements to the platform, as well as maintenance and security updates.
New Features:
- Roles and Terms Management:
- Added functionality to allow for the tracking and management of board and committee terms, term limits, and roles. Includes recommended actions to keep role data up to date and raise awareness about expiring terms.

- Agenda Time Management:
- The agenda time management features will now help the meeting facilitator and all meeting participants effectively manage board meeting time via a handy pacer line and a notification when there are 15 minutes remaining in your meeting.

- A new and improved calendar view provides a true month view of your meetings along with a new ability to filter meetings by group.

- Single Sign On (SSO) via OneLogin:
- Now organizations can manage their OnBoard login experience to use OneLogin for Single Sign-On. Please contact us for more information if your organization uses OneLogin to learn how to set this up for your users.

- Organization settings have now been moved to their own location in the navigation menu, separated into three tabs for better organization and have been redesigned to provide improved clarity and ease of use.

- Book View Click Behavior:
- Now when clicking on an agenda section, the book view will scroll to the first page of the first document of that agenda section.
Fixes:
The following fixes were deployed with this release:
Actions:
- General:
- Users should no longer be able to add additional text to be entered once a field reaches the max character limit of 255.
- Approvals:
- Users should no longer get stuck in a loop when changing their vote when signature is required.
- eSignatures:
- eSignature description now copies successfully when an action is duplicated.
- Certain cases where a user is unable to open eSignature to sign should now be resolved.
- Surveys:
- Likert Scale should no longer revert responses back to default answers after first saving.
Login Experience:
- The extra space when the user double clicks to highlight the Two Factor Authentication code should no longer be present.
Meetings:
- Annotations Menu should no longer show beneath left panel regardless of zoom settings/screen sizes in the browser.

Permissions:

Users should no longer receive an API error editing an existing user's permission on items.
Profile Settings:
- Users should no longer receive an API error if they try to Change OnBoard ID to an existing email address in the system.
