Overview

A blank or stuck OnBoard sign-in page can happen when the login page cannot load correctly. This may be related to a stale browser cache, an outdated bookmark or URL, a network or firewall restriction, or an incorrect device clock.

You may notice that the sign-in page appears blank, keeps spinning, or never reaches the password or SSO prompt. Follow the steps below in order to reload the login page.

Errors you may see

  • "Login Issue"
  • "There was an issue loading the page. Retrying..."
  • "Unable to initialize authentication data"

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Type in OnBoard's URL (app.onboardmeetings.com) directly into the browser address bar instead of using an old bookmark.
  2. Reload the page:
    • Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R
    • Mac: Cmd+Shift+R
  3. Clear your browser cache. (See Clearing Browser Cache)
  4. Try a private or incognito window.
  5. Try a different supported browser.
  6. If you see a message that your system clock is out of sync, follow the guidance here.
  7. Check your network or firewall. Ask your IT team to allow the required OnBoard domains, then test again. (See What Sites to Allow Through Your Firewall)
  8. Try a different network, such as a phone hotspot, to see whether the issue is network-specific.
