Complete Meetings - April 24th, 2026
Complete Meetings introduces a guided, visual tracker within a meeting’s Details page that helps Meeting Admins confirm key steps are complete. Agenda created, documents added, the meeting published, and minutes finalized.
Meeting Admins can now also link minutes from Resources or upload minute documents directly to a meeting.
By bringing the Agenda, Meeting Book, and Minutes together in one governed record, Complete Meetings creates a reliable source of truth inside OnBoard. Each meeting becomes a connected, living record that preserves decisions, context, and accountability over time.
Accessibility Improvements to Public Meetings
We’ve made significant accessibility improvements to the public meeting site.
- Navigation and page structure have been updated to work more effectively with keyboards and screen readers, including clearer headings, lists, page titles, and announcements for links, icons, and documents.
- Visual accessibility has been enhanced with improved focus indicators and color contrast.
- Public meeting documents converted to PDF now preserve accessibility features such as headings, reading order, alt text, table structure, and language settings, producing tagged, PDF/UA‑compliant files that are easier to use with assistive technology.
