On September 5th, 2025 we released an update to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates to the Android apps as well as some changes.

Fixes:

The following fixes were deployed with this release:

Android

Global Admin

• Resolved an issue that allowed Global Admins to log into the OnBoard mobile app on Android devices. Global Admin accounts are now restricted to the web and will be redirected there when attempting to sign in on an Android device.

Meeting & Resource Documents

• Resolved an issue where URL links within PDF files uploaded to OnBoard were unresponsive and would not open when selected in the Android app.

• Improved the Meetings view on the homepage by ensuring the Minutes button is now disabled until the meeting minutes have been published.
