On July 22, 2025 we released an update to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates to the iOS and Android apps as well as some changes.

Updated Homepage Experience

• Users’ past, current, and upcoming meetings are automatically displayed at the top of the Homepage.

• Contextual action buttons display based on each meeting’s status—allowing users to quickly view the meeting book, RSVP, join a remote meeting, or access meeting minutes.

• Outstanding items—such as Approvals, Surveys, eSignatures, Assessments, and Questionnaires—are automatically listed just below the Meetings section for easy access.
