On December 7, 2020 Passageways released an update to OnBoard that added new features.

New Feature: Minutes Builder

Minutes Builder allows you to securely take meeting minutes directly within OnBoard. By leveraging the meeting agenda as a starting point and familiar formatting options and intuitive workflows, Minutes Builder will save time and create minutes that are more robust and actionable.  This feature will be available to those organizations with the OnBoard Productivity suite.  

New Feature: D&O Questionnaires:

D&O Questionnaires allow organizations to administer D&O Questionnaires from within OnBoard. This includes the creation of questionnaires, pre-filling responses for directors, the ability for directors to respond as well as review and storage capabilities.  This feature is an add-on only feature (not included in any suites).

  • Minutes Builder Released.

    • Important note:  For those organizations that have access to Minutes Builder, meeting attendance will now be recorded using the Minutes Builder's robust attendance tool. Clicking on the Attendance option in the Meeting Details Toolbar will guide you to Minutes Builder to take attendance. 

  • D&O Questionnaires Released.
