Total Views is the combined number of times invitees opened the meeting or book in OnBoard (web or mobile). Each open counts as a view.

A Unique File View is the total number of files viewed across invitees.
Example: If 3 different users each view 3 different files, that’s 9 unique file views.
What is “Time Spent”?
Time Spent is the total time all users spent viewing agenda sections.
Important details about Time Spent:
- Time is counted in 10-second bursts.
- A section must be viewed for longer than 10 seconds to count as “viewed.”
- If a user is inactive on a section for 10 minutes, or switches to a different browser tab or mobile app, the timer pauses to avoid inflating the data.
What does “Has Annotations” mean?
A dot appears at the bottom of the chart to mark agenda sections that have annotations.
- Hover over the dot to see the total number of annotations made by all users for this meeting.
FAQs
Why don’t I see the Analytics tab?
- If the Analytics tab is missing, your organization may not have access to Meeting Analytics, or it may be disabled. Contact your Administrator to request access.
How often does Engagement Analytics update?
- In most cases, analytics refresh in 10–15 minutes. In rare cases, it can take up to 30 minutes.
Do views count only when someone opens the Meeting Book?
- Views and document activity can be counted when someone:
- Opens content in the Meeting Book, and
- Opens individual files from the meeting details/agenda area.
