On May 12, 2022, we released an update to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates to the platform, as well as some changes.

Changes:

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Data Preferences

• The Data tab in Settings has been updated to “Data Preferences.”

• Administrations can now view and change the Organization’s Data Collection Settings from the Data Preferences tab.
• Archived Annotations Retention settings have been moved to the Data Preferences tab in Settings.
• Administrators can now view and change the Organization’s Data Retention Settings from the Data Preferences tab.
• Administrators can now toggle data collection for Meeting Analytics from Data Preferences.
• You can now find Message Retention settings in the Data Preferences tab in Settings.

Meeting Brief Emails

• The Engagement Analytics block should now be hidden if Data Collection has been disabled.

Meeting Brief Emails

• The Engagement section should no longer be present in Meeting Brief emails users receive if Meeting Analytics Data Collection has been disabled.

Fixes:

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Dashboard

• Users should no longer experience a blank white screen when clicking on a Resources folder/file as their first action after logging in to OnBoard.

Questionnaires

• Permissions added to a Questionnaire via a Group should now display correctly.

Approvals

• Commenters can now see the link to an Approval tied to a Meeting.
