Fixes:
The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Actions:

• Approvals:
  • Scrollbar should no longer display in Discussions Flyout when not necessary.
• Surveys:
  • Questions should no longer be added out of order.

Dashboard:

• Images in announcements should now be handled properly based on their orientation.

Meetings:

• Changing a user's permissions from Admin to Excluded within an agenda subsection should no longer display an error.
• Long section names should no longer cause misaligned buttons and excess scrolling issues.
• The Marquee Zoom outline should now display correctly.

Messenger:

• The user should no longer receive an error message when the messenger character limit has been exceeded. 

Public Posting:

• Meetings should now be sorted in descending order by Month and/or Day.
• The second line of text in the Landing Page should now be vertically aligned.
• Should now display the correct start time within the UTC conversion window.
• Republished meetings should now display the correct date/time when an Organization changes its time zone.
