On February 28, 2025 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Public Posting

• Resolved an issue where the public posting failed to update after unpublishing and republishing the meeting with new content.

Roles & Terms

• Resolved an issue where members with expired terms were incorrectly displayed as Active instead of Past.
• Resolved an issue where new roles and terms were not being saved when added.
• Resolved an issue where the Year dropdown for the End Date was blank when adding a new role and term.

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Automated Minutes

• Added Remove Highlight option in the highlight menu.
