On January 10, 2025 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Automated Minutes

• Resolved an issue where the OnBoard Recording Assistant recognized the Zoom meeting as cancelled erroneously. 

Roles & Terms

• Resolved an issue where edits to Roles & Terms could not be saved.

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Organization Details

• Updated "Twitter" to "X.com" in Social panel of Organizations Details.
• Changes "Public Meetings Url" to "Public Meetings URL" in Published Meetings panel.

Profiles

• Updated "Twitter" to "X.com" in Social panel of user profiles.
• Updated grammatical error Groups, Roles & Terms panel in user profiles.

Settings

• Updated help center article link for Time Zone settings panel.

Status Log

• Updated Status Log styling. 

Authentication

• Enforced RFC2822 email validation to ensure better system reliability and user data integrity.

Meeting Books & Resources

• Reenabled outline panel in Meeting Books and Resource documents.
