On August 16, 2024 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Meetings

• Fixed an issue where Readers were unable to access meetings. 

Calendar Integration

• Fixed an issue where the list of meeting invitees' names was not populating when attempting to add invitees to a linked calendar event.

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Profile - Additional Board Experience

• Added a new profile field, Additional Board Experience, to capture users' past and current board experience outside of the current organization.
• If experience is entered for a user by an Organization Admin, active users will be prompted to confirm the experience after logging into OnBoard two or more times. 
• If no experience is entered for a user, active users will be prompted to enter their experience after logging into OnBoard two or more times. 

User Experience - Multi-Org Access

• Added a drop down accessible by selecting the Organization Name on the Navigation Panel. The dropdown will display up to 6 organizations the user is a member and a link to view all organizations. Selecting an organization will take them directly to that organization's OnBoard portal. 

Security

• Updated security protocol by ensuring that when profile, logo, and signature images are removed they are completed deleted from back end storage.
