OnBoard Release Notes - June 14, 2024

  • Updated

On June 14, 2024 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 


The following fixes were deployed with this release: 


  • Fixed an issue where agenda sections and documents were missing when viewing in the Agenda tab; although the sections and documents were visible in the book. 

Agenda Collaboration

  • Fixed an issue where meeting Contributors not set as Reviewers received an error when attempting to create a new agenda section. 
  • Fixed an issue where Reviewer permissions were automatically revoked when a meeting was archived.


The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Agenda Collaboration

  • Updated "Grant meeting readers early access to view documents" toggle to retain the selection when adding or removing Reviewers. 
  • Updated comment counts to reflect accurately when agenda sections are deleted before saving the agenda. 
  • Updated Agenda Collaboration so that no comments or replies can be added or deleted when a meeting is archived. 

Plan Details

  • Added "Try It Now" button under Agenda Collaboration on Plan Details page for customers in the Premium package. 


  • Removed all badge notifications on the organization selection page. 

Admin Delegation

  • Updated the Admin Delegation workflow so that when started the Admin Delegation process happens in the background, and an email notification is sent when the delegation process is complete.
