On May 3, 2024 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Help Center Update

OnBoard Academy

• OnBoard Academy is now accessible within the OnBoard platform. OnBoard credentials will be used to access the academy, making it seamless to access courses and training materials. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Agenda Collaboration

• Fixed an issue where deleting the last reply to a comment hides the comment.

Meetings

• Fixed an issue where agenda section editing buttons are visible in archived meetings.

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Agenda Collaboration

• Updated new comment notification emails.
• Updated reply notification emails. 
• Comment and reply deep links now link to an individual comment view to focus on the relevant comment.
