On April 26, 2024 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Feature Release

New Feature - Agenda Collaboration

• OnBoard's new Agenda Collaboration feature allows members of an organization to contribute to the planning process of a meeting by reviewing the agenda, making comments, and resolving comment threads. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Meeting Book

• Fixed an issue where meeting books with PDF documents added that have the Initial View Page configured to anything non-standard would open to the Initial View Page on the PDF.
• Fixed an issue where PowerPoint and PDF documents uploaded to a meeting had the backgrounds replaced by a black box when viewed in the meeting book. 
• Fixed an issue where changes to the meeting book caused a book build failure. 
• Fixed an issue where files uploaded to a meeting appeared as blank pages in the meeting book. 

Annotations

• Fixed and issue where the annotations tab in the book viewer displayed incorrect page numbers and section names for annotations. 

Meeting Agenda

• Fixed an issue where unindenting a subsection caused that section to move to the bottom of the agenda. 
• Fixed an issue where agenda section changes were reverted if not selecting the Save & Finish button before editing the details of the section. 
• Added Unsaved Changes guard to the Import Agenda button, because the Import Agenda button became unresponsive when changes were made to the agenda before saving. 
• Fixed an issue where unnumbering a subsection removed the numbering for the parent section. 
• Fixed an issue where adding agenda section numbering back to an unnumbered section replaced the section number with "FALSE."
• Fixed an issue where creating a subsection under an unnumbered section triggered an API error and prevented further editing and saving. 

Agenda Collaboration

• Added an Unsaved Changes guard to unsaved comments, because unsaved comments were preventing new comments from being created.
