OnBoard Release: November 1, 2017

The OnBoard 2.4 update will be available on Wednesday November 1, 2017. As always, you can choose when to update OnBoard to best meet your organization's needs.

You can find the OnBoard update for the Windows, Android, Kindle Fire, iPhone, and iPad Apps in their respective app stores.

In This Release

Upgrades For All Packages:

  • Multi Document Upload. Administrators can now streamline complex agenda items by attaching multiple documents to a single agenda item, providing a more intuitive way to build and review board books. Users can now drag & drop a report, a spreadsheet, a Powerpoint and more onto a single agenda item, with the ability to reorder and rename each attached file.
  • Improved Page Number Display. Organizations can now control whether and where page numbers are displayed on their board books. Administrators can turn off the page numbers display or position page numbers on the left, middle, or right of the board book footer.
  • Approval Enhancements. We are providing additional controls and functionality to the approvals action. You can now create copies of previous approvals and view approval documents on the web.
  • Download Controls. A global setting is now available to disable all downloads from OnBoard, enhancing your control over whether materials leave the OnBoard platform.

Upgrades For Enterprise Edition:

  • Dashboard Enhancements. With this release, we've added an Actions panel to the Dashboard so users can easily identify whether they have any outstanding approvals, surveys, or eSignatures that require their attention.
