Can a voter subsequently change their vote?
Once a Board member has cast their vote, or selected abstain, are they able to go back in and amend their vote?

Kim,
Yes, the voters can amend their votes.
As long as the Approval is open, the voter can update their vote at any time. Once the Approval has been closed, the votes cannot be updated.
