Meeting Templates and Meeting Duplication
OnBoard does not have agenda templates. However, OnBoard does allow Admins to duplicate meetings. So, you can use past meetings as templates for your upcoming meetings.
We recommend creating unpublished meeting templates that Admins and Creators can duplicate for their upcoming meetings. To create and utilize these templates, take the following steps:
Step 1: Create and Name the Meeting Template
Create a new meeting, and title the meeting. We recommend incorporating the word "Template" in the title so that the template is easily searchable in the meeting list.
If you'll have a consistent address for the meeting, you can update the location field as well.

Step 2: Set Template Permissions
Add the invitees to the meeting. We recommend utilizing Groups, that way if there are updates to the Group the permissions for the meetings will be updated automatically.
Additionally, anyone who needs to utilize the template will need to be an Admin of the meeting template. Update Admins to the meeting either individually, or (as a best practice) add an Admin Group and set the group's permission as admin.

Step 3: Create Template Agenda
Create an agenda for the template by creating agenda sections and updating agenda descriptions. There's no need to add documents to the template as they won't be carried over when duplicating the meeting.

Step 4: Update Meeting Settings
Any settings for the meeting will be copied over when duplicating the template. One common setting is to add a Table of Contents to your meeting.

Step 5: Leave the Meeting Unpublished
Meeting Templates do not need to be published to be duplicated. So, we recommend leaving the meetings Unpublished, so that they're not visible to the Readers of the meeting.

Step 6: Duplicate the Meeting
When you're ready to create a meeting from the meeting template:
- Locate the meeting template. If you have "Template" in the meeting title, simply search for "Template" in the search bar.
- Select the three-dotted menu to the right of the meeting tile and select "Duplicate."

An exact copy of the meeting will be created that will include the following information copied from the template:
- The Meeting Title: with the word "Copy" included so you can tell it's a copy
- The Location
- The Meeting Permissions
- The Meeting Settings
- The Agenda
From here you can update the title, update agenda sections and add meeting documents, and publish your meeting!
