Calendar - Scheduling Member Availability
Is there a way to sync individual board members' calendars with OnBoard? We're finding that it takes a long time to determine availability for dates and times for our board meetings.

There is not a way to sync individual board members' calendars with OnBoard. Using the Calendar Integration feature in a meeting will sync the calendar event created by the meeting organizer to the meeting in OnBoard. If using this feature, if the invitees send their RSVP response from the calendar invitation, it will be logged in in the attendance section of OnBoard.
I've submitted a feature request on your behalf to add the functionality for board members to sync their calendars to OnBoard so admins and meeting organizers can review their calendars when scheduling meetings. This was we can consider this when implementing enhancements to the platform in the future.
Agreed this would be a great feature, and adding that a more streamlined/visually engaging/flexible way to poll for scheduling availability in particular would be great. The survey "action" is a little too limited when it comes to proposing scheduling options.
