Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Meetings

• Resolved an issue where Admin and Contributor permissions were available in subsection permissions when a Reader had been Excluded from the agenda section. 

Annotations

• Resolved an issue duplicate annotations would be created when attempting to undo a deleted annotation.
