On April 25th, 2025 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes.

• Resolved an issue where the annotations sidebar icon was not functioning correctly for organizations without share annotation functionality.

• Resolved an issue where two PDF versions of the minutes were saved to Resources when attempting to save both a PDF and Word version of the minutes to a Resource folder.
