On April 18th, 2025 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Meetings

• Resolved an issue where the Save Changes prompt wouldn't trigger when making agenda section document supplementary.
• Resolved an issue where expanding a group when viewing permissions for an agenda section caused an error. 
• Resolved an issue where attempting to download a meeting book pdf with annotations caused an error.
• Resolved an issue where meetings incorrectly did not display the Meeting Book button or displayed "No Book" in the meeting panel when downloads were disabled.
• Resolved an issue where the unsaved changes modal incorrectly displayed after navigating away from the agenda editor.

Minutes Builder

• Resolved an issue where Task descriptions were not appearing on PDF or Word versions of the minutes. 
• Resolved an issue where updates to attendance ordering were not reflected on PDF or Words versions of the minutes.
• Resolved an issue where deleting guest names from Guest Attendance List also deletes the first name in the list. 
• Resolved an issue where entering an "&" in the minutes resulted in an"&amp." 
• Resolved an issue where line breaks were not displayed in the minutes.

Annotations

• Resolved an issue where selecting Stop Sharing All annotations caused and error. 

Resources

• Resolved an where toggling downloads for a folder or individual resource document caused an error.

• Resolved an issue where opening the Analytics trial prompt caused an error.
