On April 4th, 2025 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Automated Minutes

• Automated Minutes can now generate the first draft of the meeting minutes by combining a bulleted or narrative summary of the meeting outline with the meeting's agenda and any manually created notes.

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Groups

• Resolved an issue where the alphabetical sorting of groups differed between the groups list and permission fly-outs. 

Roles & Terms

• Resolved an issue where term start dates were incorrectly shown as one day earlier in member profiles.
